Over a decade ago, People Impact officially entered the field of immigration and identity planning.
Prior to this, we had been deeply engaged in the international education sector for over twenty years, with a business footprint covering the UK, the US, mainland China and Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, Canada, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Our initial vision stemmed from a simple desire—to solve the challenges of studying abroad for students and their families. This mission originated from my responsibility towards friends and family, as well as helping my own child secure a green card in the US and gain admission to one of the top ten business schools in the country. Today, my child works as a software engineer at Apple in the US, and this commitment gradually expanded to serve more families.
As our practice deepened, I increasingly recognized that international education and immigration are not independent but are complementary parts of a whole. Successfully obtaining long-term residency or a passport not only allows access to better public resources and social welfare but also provides institutional guarantees for children to enter world-class universities.
In the early stages of our immigration business, we primarily acted as "behind-the-scenes supporters," providing compliance and implementation services to various immigration intermediaries, helping their clients meet the local operational requirements needed for immigration applications.
However, as we gained experience, we gradually realized the limitations of this indirect model: the immigration intermediary market is uneven, with many agencies focusing solely on the application phase while neglecting clients' fundamental needs for compliance, renewals, and long-term identity maintenance afterwards. This not only increased application risks but also damaged client trust and future prospects.
This prompted us to make a pivotal business transformation: leveraging local operational in-house team throughout the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, we completely bypassed intermediaries to provide clients with comprehensive, traceable, and compliant identity and immigration services. Clients can now genuinely participate in on-the-ground projects compliant with local immigration policies, effectively reducing risks and significantly enhancing application success rates and long-term identity stability.
Today, People Impact's operations cover the UK, the US, Ireland, Japan, South Korea, the Middle East, China, Hong Kong and South East Asia. We consistently uphold "compliance as the foundation," collaborating with international legal teams to ensure legal oversight throughout the process, and providing transparent and reliable operational support at every step.

We have invested in and operated international schools in the UK and Cambodia, including Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh and Britannia Sage Oxbridge School London, gaining high trust from the local government due to our stable development. The London office (CCPC London) established and licensed by the UK government and the Ministry of Commerce of the Cambodian government has invited us as the exclusive partner to provide professional services in education, investment, and immigration. This not only affirms our professional capabilities but also reflects the high recognition of our compliant operations and robust development.
