Charles Wong
People Impact Global Founder
Mr. Charles Wong has an interdisciplinary academic and practical background: a Master’s in Global Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master's in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, a Bachelor's in Education from the University of Liverpool, and has completed legal courses at Tsinghua University. His combined experiences in finance, education, marketing and law provide him with a unique perspective on international education and cross-border capital operations.
In the fields of education and business, Mr. Charles Wong has led and completed strategic investments exceeding USD15 million, collaborating with world-class institutions such as MIT and Harvard University to develop the world's first standardized soft skills curriculum. This curriculum has been promoted through a franchising model to 13 countries and regions, successfully launching over 100 educational and business projects. In 2013, he was awarded the "Southern Media Annual Entrepreneur Award" in recognition of his outstanding contributions to education and business.
As a co-founder and investor of Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh, Mr. Charles Wong has introduced nearly 500 years of British top boarding school educational resources to Southeast Asia, enabling local students to enjoy world-class education in their home region.
In 2025, Mr. Charles Wong was invited by the Chinese Ministry of Education to attend the "2025 World Digital Education Conference," where he spoke as a guest speaker at a high-end forum, further showcasing his professional influence and thought leadership in the field of international education.
While promoting the deep integration of education and business, Mr. Charles Wong has also foresightedly identified the strategic needs of high-net-worth families worldwide regarding identity planning and wealth inheritance. He successfully initiated the establishment of an education and investment fund in the Middle East, combining investment immigration with educational services, gaining official recognition from Dubai in the UAE. He has also been invited to become a member of the Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI). This status not only highlights his professional influence in international education and immigration but also lays a solid foundation for global clients in long-term strategic planning for education, wealth, and identity.
In his early career, Mr. Charles Wong held executive positions in multinational listed corporations such as Sara Lee Inc. (US), Swire Group (UK), and Siber Hegner Group (Switzerland), accumulating rich cross-cultural management and global resource integration capabilities. These experiences enable him to systematically apply corporate governance, compliance, and risk control standards to project due diligence, fund compliance, and operational management in immigration projects.
Throughout his extensive experience in cross-border investment and business operations, Mr. Charles Wong has led his team to deeply study immigration and settlement policies in regions including the UK, the US, the EU, Japan, and the Middle East, directly participating in and promoting the settlement and long-term planning for over 5,000 families.
He has established a direct operation model for People Impact based on a systematic methodology of "Education Drives Value, Operation Ensures Settlement, Compliance Builds the Bottom Line." Through genuine and sustainable business projects, he provides clients with a fully traceable and verifiable immigration pathway, along with long-term localized operational support, accompanying clients throughout the entire cycle from application, renewal, to permanent residency, ensuring compliance, certainty, and long-term stability of their settlement.

Vikkie NG
General Manager, People Impact UK
Ms. Vikkie NG, an Oxford University graduate, is a seasoned executive with a background in education and business management experience, currently serving as the country head of People Impact in the UK. She has not only dedicated many years to the education sector but has also gained extensive practical experience in the execution of cross-border identity and immigration projects.
As the founder of a UK education technology startup, Ms. Vikkie has a strong background in selecting top tutors and providing high-quality academic and college planning, having successfully helped hundreds of students gain admission to prestigious boarding schools and universities in the UK. This process not only involves educational planning but also closely relates to family identity choices and long-term residency planning, giving her unique insights into the interconnection between UK education and immigration.
Moreover, as a mother who moved her family to the UK for her children's education, Ms. Vikkie personally understands the expectations and challenges that international families face in pursuing top-tier education and stable identity. She has transformed this personal experience into a professional methodology, enabling her to provide clients with comprehensive solutions that balance education, identity, and long-term family development.

Larry Chu
People Impact China CEO
CEO of Britannia Sage (Beijing) Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd.
Mr. Larry Chu currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of People Impact in China, where he is fully responsible for strategic planning, business development, and operational management in the Chinese market. With over ten years of experience in management consulting and investment banking, he has developed strong practical skills in business model design, capital structure planning, due diligence, and risk management, systematically applying these skills to cross-border identity and immigration projects to help clients achieve robust, compliant, and sustainable global identity configurations.
Prior to joining People Impact, Mr. Larry Chu provided strategic consulting and investment financing services to industries such as education, technology, and cross-border e-commerce. He successfully led and participated in several impactful projects across the entire spectrum, from corporate strategy upgrades to cross-border capital operations. This experience enables him to design business plans that meet the official review requirements of immigration authorities while ensuring long-term feasibility for immigration projects. Through investment banking-level risk control, project structure design, and verifiable business performance, he establishes high certainty and long-term value for clients, significantly enhancing the success rate and stability of identity applications.
Under his leadership, People Impact in China not only maintains the high standards and compliance benchmarks set by the headquarters but also deeply aligns with the core needs of local high-net-worth families. JJ Lee
General Manager, People Impact South Korea
Mr. JJ Lee (JongJin Lee) is an entrepreneurial leader with over 20 years of experience in the global education, specializing in B2B and B2C sales, market, and business development. He has built and managed numerous partnerships with resellers and distributors worldwide, driving growth in publishing, e-learning, overseas study and digital transformation projects.
JJ has held senior leadership roles, including Country Manager at McGraw-Hill Education Korea and APAC Sales Director at Rosetta Stone, leading regional expansion and delivering consistent revenue growth. Currently serving as Country Manager at EC English, he oversees sales, marketing, and global recruitment, working closely with over 70 partner agencies.
Fluent in Korean, English, and French, JJ graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in Economics. With his cross-cultural communication and resource integration skills, he is dedicated to creating solutions that combine educational value with identity configuration for global families, helping clients achieve long-term and stable development in cross-border education and international identity planning.

Misa Tsubuki
General Manager, People Impact Japan
Misa was born and raised in Japan, and lived and gained international cultural experience in Australia, South Korea, Cambodia, Vietnam and Malaysia. In addition to her life exposure, she had acquired sophisticated sales, marketing and business development skills for a couple of years during working in two Fortune 100 companies, including P&G and Cisco System. Besides, she volunteered as an assistant teacher at an elementary school in Brisbane, Australia in her early career.
Being a successful business woman, however, she missed a golden period of how to raise up her elder son with the best education services and opportunities in Japan due to lack of comprehensive international education information in Japan in the past 15 years.
Now, on behalf of People Impact UK, she is responsible for providing not only the best British educational services but also the most suitable blended learning mode for our Japanese students who are looking for a prestigious, high-quality British education that suits their lifestyles and the employment opportunities in the U.K.

Cynthia Yin
General Manager of the Immigration Division, People Impact China
Ms. Cynthia currently serves as the General Manager of the Immigration Division at People Impact China and is a seasoned manager with over 15 years of experience in international education and cross-border immigration. She holds a Harvard HMM Management Mentor certification and possesses a solid academic background alongside international management skills.
Throughout her career, Cynthia has held key positions in several Fortune 500 companies and international education groups, accumulating extensive experience in cross-cultural management and compliance operations. She has a deep understanding of the full spectrum of services related to study abroad planning, language training, family education, and identity configuration, enabling her to extend educational foundations into long-term paths for immigration and wealth planning.
Cynthia excels in coordinating complex projects and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring that every immigration solution strictly adheres to international regulations and high compliance standards. Focused on client needs, she integrates education and identity planning to help numerous high-net-worth families achieve their long-term goals in children's education, identity configuration, and global development.

Dr. Mariana Kou
Investment Immigration Officer at People Impact, Expert in International Development and Cross-Border Project Management
Dr. Mariana Kou is chairperson and CEO of Chinese International Group, a travel services group listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange (ticker: 1620), with operations in Canada, the United States, and Mainland China. She also serves as an independent non-executive director at GMFIU:US and a board advisor to EDTXU:US and education ventures.
Prior to this, she was CEO of Research Study Education Group and recently Head of China Education and HK Consumer Research at brokerage and investment group CLSA, where she was involved in 12 consumer and education IPOs.
In 2020, she published her first book “Investing in Dragons: Education Industry and Capital Markets” and has been a keynote speaker and panel list at government and industry conferences as well as interviewed regularly by international media. Dr. Kou was appointed Senator for China by the World Business Angels Investment Forum, an affiliated partner of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (GPFI) in Jun 2020. This further highlights her influence in cross-border capital and international policy collaboration.
With over twenty years of experience in investment banking, education, and cross-border investment, Dr. Mariana Kou has a deep understanding of the core needs of high-net-worth families in identity planning, access to educational resources, and wealth inheritance. Combining rigorous risk management methodologies from the capital markets with strategic insights in the education sector, she designs compliant and transparent immigration and identity configuration solutions for clients, helping families achieve stable educational and wealth arrangements in a globalized landscape.

Dr. Stanley Tai
Investment Immigration Officer at People Impact, Expert in International Development and Cross-Border Project Management
Dr. Tai has over twenty years of extensive experience in international development and large-scale project management. He currently serves as the Head of Portfolio Management Unit at the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) People’s Republic of China (PRC) Resident Mission, where he is responsible for managing a loan portfolio exceeding $8 billion, focusing on key areas such as rural development, transportation, and social development. He has led and participated in significant policy formulation and development initiatives in 13 countries, overseeing a total of 10 international development investments amounting to $1.9 billion, profoundly impacting the lives of millions.
His long-term experience in cross-border projects has equipped Dr. Tai with expertise in complex financial flows and risk management, as well as a deep understanding of compliance operations within different regulatory environments. These skills align closely with the core needs in the immigration sector, especially in project compliance, sustainable operations, and funding pathway design, enabling him to provide reliable identity acquisition and wealth configuration support for high-net-worth families.
Dr. Tai’s academic credentials are equally impressive. He holds a Ph.D. in development policy from Japan and has further enriched his knowledge base with executive certificates in public policy and public leadership from Harvard University, USA. He has been a guest lecturer at renowned institutions like Beijing University and Tokyo University, fostering international academic exchange.
